Only Muslims can fix Islam

I'm very familiar with Adonis and any reader who knows Arabic would for sure enjoy his poetry available on youtube

However he is not the only one who is saying that Islam should be faith and not politics and Islam is beyond help More eloquent is the Egyptian thinker and commentator Ibrahim Essa

The dean of Egyptian journalism Mohamed Hassanian Heikal just passed away at age 92 He has two recent long videos on youtube where he discussed among other things why and how to reform Islam and it is very interesting

I'm sure you must be aware that el-Sisi in one of his recent speeches urged that Islam need to be reformed

What would happen next? It remains to be seen We can help by reading what these thinkers write and make it clear to our leaders that the likes of the MB is not moderate It is a terror group
