I think interest is dying on this thread. Daniel Pipes has taken to not liking "The Donald", soon to be "President The Donald"; and that's pretty much the end of the story.
As for the "Fascist" comments bandied about by Pipes and others, note that the rhetoric has gone up a notch: Ex-House Speaker John Baynor cas called Ted Cruz "Lucifer". I think that tops "Mussolini". The Satanists are upset by the comment:
"After former House Speaker John Boehner on Wednesday called the current Republican presidential candidate "Lucifer in the flesh," saying he found it difficult to work with him, staunch Satanists decried the comparison..."
