ISIS partial ban on Burkha

Dear Dr Pipes, ISIS partial ban on Burkha made me laugh aloud. Most of us have long believed that Burkha is a security threat and, finally, rubber is meeting the road for ISIS. Burkha can hide a man or woman inside it. It can be used --and might have been used all through the history-- by illicit lovers to conduct their affairs. I think ISIS should impose a 100% ban on Burkha and, thus, perform the first good action of their entire despicable history.
