When will CAIR issue fatwa against mullahs who issued fatwah against Rushdie?Reader comment on item: [The Canadian Islamic Congress:] An Islamist Apology Submitted by Hari Iyer (United States), Jul 23, 2005 at 21:15 Dear Mr. Pipes:I missed your interview with the John & Ken show (KFI 640 AM ) which usually airs between 3 and 7 pm weekdays. They had a radio broadcast from a mosque in Mission Viejo, CA and hopefully they did not believe the snow job from the CAIR mouthpiece. You were supposed to come onthe show sometime later (this past week) but I missed it. Can you publish the your interview here? By the way, when will CAIR institute a standard procedure within their organization so that it will isssue a fatwa against any mullah who issues a fatwa against an individual expressing one's opinion against islam and islamists? I was listening to the PR spokesman from CAIR who seem to state that all they care about is about muslims in America. However, they support various jihadic movements and he was ranting about atrocities on muslims in chechnia, kashmir, phillipines etc but surprisingly did not say anything about atrocities on non-muslims in sudan, saudi arabia and other fundamentalist islamic countries where muslims are majority and institute an islamic govt at the expense of non-muslim natives. That part of Kashmir which is part of India enjoys equal protection clauses under the Indian constitution which is secular in nature. It means every individual regardless of religion has equal opportunity to advance in whatever fields or political office. But the muslims who consitute majority in kashmir after driving out non-muslims from the state now want islamic dispensation at the expense of non-muslim natives. Pakistan at the time of independence was to have absorbed all the muslims from the indian subcontitent but only a small percentage left for Pakistan the rest remaining in secular india. So the non-muslims got screwed on both ends. The muslim population in India has grown astronomically wheres the non-muslim population in Pakistan and Bangalesh have diminshed considerably because the muslims give the non-muslim three choice. Either conversion, stay as second class citizens or leave with their land confiscated. Where the muslims constitute a 50.1% majority they constitute islamic constititution at the expense of non-muslim natives, wheres where muslims consitute a minority they seek secular dispensation with equal rights until they reach the magical 50.1%.
