Capital? What about Country?

Reader comment on item: The United Nations Misplaces Israel's Capital City

Perhaps I'm missing something, but unlike the neighboring "Syrian Arab Republic," "Lebanon," and "West Bank;" not only is either of Israel's possible capitals not so-marked, but neither does the country's name appear either.
