Lovely cityReader comment on item: The United Nations Misplaces Israel's Capital City Submitted by Anon (United States), Sep 17, 2017 at 18:44 Not related to the post but I visited Jerusalem a few times during work trips to Israel a few years ago. Its an amazingly beautiful place, with so much history and culture. I am not Jewish or Western but happy that Israel owns Jerusalem. These days its almost impossible to contemplate visiting Islamic countries no matter how alluring their attractions (eg the pyramids in Egypt) Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
