In 1922 the League of Nations confirmed the "political" rights of Jews only among the Arabs in Palestine,
a territory with Jews and Arabs.
And a Civil War has continued for 100 years.

(1) In Turkey we have a civil war between Kurds and Turks.
(2) In Cyprus we have a similar civil war, with Greece and turkey opposing different sides.
(3) In Chechnya we had a civil war between the Russians and the Chechen people against Russians.
(4) Tibet has a civil war between the Chinese and the Tibetans.
(5) Kashmir has a civil war with India and Pakistan supporting different sides - or are there one people here?
(6) Yugoslavia had a civil war and several different peoples created their own states.
(7) the Soviet Union had a civil war and the diverse republics emerged.
(8) The (American) Civil War involved the "Negro" people who were slaves at the time;
the fact that millions of them were in fact regarded as almost beasts or chattel,
with NO POLITICAL RIGHTS WHATSOEVER,
was not only a war between the Northern and Southern Whites, is obviously;
had there not been the millions of "Negro"slaves,
there would not have been this civil war in which the British, incidentally, supported the "slave" South.
(x) Etc.

It is best, I think, to define a civil war as one in which one party is not a sovereign state;
further confusion arises when sovereign states interfere in the internal affairs
in lands outside of their own jurisdiction.
Except for the Golan Heights, which is sovereign Syrian territory,
and the Sinai, which is Egyptian sovereign territory,
the rest of the so-called "Occupation"
is Disputed Territory of the League of Nations Mandate,
subsequently altered by the UN Security Council which sovereign Israel doesn't accept.
There is also the interesting neglected fact that Transjordan Palestine
has emerged as Jordan and guardian of the Jerusalem Muslim holy place in Jerusalem.

Accordingly, the only unresolved issues are of a - literally - civil nature,
since the Palestinians Arabs under the mandate have no political rights;
at issue then is the practicals means by which the sovereign state of Israel
intends to grant to conclude the 100-year Palestinian Arab civil war.

According there exists a Civil War in the Ancient Holy Land of the Jews,
where Muslims and Christians, inside, and outside, assert their conflicting claims and prejudices.
