Crazy Hadith? The goat that ate the verses wins the prize!Reader comment on item: Turks in Early Muslim Service Submitted by dhimmi no more, Feb 26, 2019 at 08:44 I'm not even sure if you can find this hadith in an English translation: This is from Ibn Majah 1944 عن عاءشة قالت لقد نزلت آية الرجم ورضاعة الكبير عشرا ولقد كان في صحيفة تحت سريري فلما مات رسول الله وتشاغلنا بموته دخل داجن فأكلها This can be rendered as: 'Aiysha said "the stoning verse" and "the breast feeding of the adult 10 times" were revealed and they were (written) in a page (that was placed) under my bed and when the messenger of Allah died and we were busy with his death a goat entered and ate it (the page)! et voila both verses are gone and not in the Qur'an! Absolute insanity And this means that the Qur'an we have now is incomplete and corrupted and the likes of Ahmad Deedat and Maududi were either not aware of this hadith or they were liars!
