Oops -- Erdogan has already made his move.Reader comment on item: Istanbul's Election Puzzle Submitted by Michael S, Jul 10, 2019 at 02:44 Burhan, I apologize for my excess of patience. Erdogan has already made his move, this very day: 9 July 2019.CNBC "President Tayyip Erdogan said Turkey could face serious problems if its central bank is not completely overhauled..." -- https://www.cnbc.com/2019/07/10/turkey-tayyip-erdogan-on-why-central-bank-needs-to-be-overhauled.html The Turkish sultan is shifting the blame for his personal defeat in Istanbul, onto the central bank -- a supposedly nefarious gang of Gulen-style conspirators who must be thoroughly purged. Erdogan controls the presidency, the military, the courts, the police and, coming soon, the central bank. Expect rhetoric in coming days, comparing the controllers of the Turkish economy as lackeys of the Jews -- or worse.
