Re. The 11/25/20 column: The IDF Opts For VictoryReader comment on item: The IDF Opts for Victory Submitted by Bryan Taplits (United States), Nov 25, 2020 at 17:38 To add to the column: I believe it was Trump's treatment of the Mid-East that allowed for this change in tactics. Trump's concentrating on other Middle Eastern countries-and essentially ignoring the Palestinians (which made them into a cipher as far as Mid-Eastern politics were concerned)-will no longer be extant. .I think, under Biden (assuming Trump eventually loses the election), Israel will voluntarily lose all of its MO-as the Biden Administration, with help from the anti-Semitic Democratic Party and especially The Squad- once again turns to focus on the Palestinian's self-fufilling tragic plight. The Palestinian government will again become emboldened to once again throw obstacles in the way of Middle Eastern and Israeli victory/peace. And, unfortunately, the Biden Administration will encourage this Palestinian dilatory behavior.
