Reimagining An Old Enemy in a New Way

Among the things one might have thought was a done deal was the ill-informed premise that al-Qaeda was no longer a threat-wrong thinking. Just like it was thought ISIL was a thing of the past, al-Qaeda has managed to pop-up in, of all places, Iran; though the Iranian Islamic Regime denies it.

Does the new 46th American Chief Administrative Executive have a plan that does not give aide and comfort to the up and coming nuclear threat with another proxy operative in the fold?
Think carefully about that: there are no competent conservatives left that can provide any comforting answer.
