Potentially Another Reason to Escape from Islamic Hatred - Among Supposed Brethren

We read of today that a Shiite place of worship was bombed with scores of casualties never to see the light of day again, let alone family. So, a conclusion might have been that were these Christians being attacked, not too many Islamists would be all that upset. After all, now that American defenses are no longer their to protect them, it is open season, right?
But who defends Shiite worshippers from Islamic attacks? The Taliban (which may be a target of the Islamic State as well-do they want to take over the Taliban?) apparently have no real response for that either.
It is a sad state of affairs when religion cannot bring love in to worship as the Christians do-another reason to escape?
