Islamic political domination over allReader comment on item: Islam, Jews and the Temple Mount Submitted by Dave (United States), Dec 8, 2021 at 11:44 Islamic tradition and scripture may respect the Jewish connection to the Temple Mount, but all of that appears to be subordinate to the requirement that only Muslims have total political control over the site. Prior to the site's capture, Jews had to obtain explicit permission for access, confirming their status as dhimmis subject to Islamic law and whim. By establishing a country not under Islamic control, by defending that country against attack, including the taking of the Mount site, Jews have violated dhimmitude and placed themselves outside any consideration, even as regards the acknowledgement and respect of their most fundamental religious rights and beliefs.
