בוקר וערב, הוא היה שם. תזכורת.

לכו תדעו, אולי הוא עדיין שם. אין לי מושג. כי אנחנו כבר לא.

חזרנו לארץ אבותינו, השארנו מאחור את צרפת ואת השנאה, את ה"אחרוּת" ואת התלישות.

באנו הביתה.

Translation:

When we lived in Paris, a swastika was painted at the entrance to the building. Big, black, hateful.

Morning and evening, it was there. Reminder.

Who knows, maybe he's still there. I have no idea. Because we are no longer.

We returned to the land of our ancestors, leaving behind France and hatred, "otherness" and detachment.

We came home.
