השוטר הדרוזי, הטוען שאחמד טיבי גידף ותקף אותו, העיד היום (ד') בבית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים.
"אתה דרוזי משתף פעולה. הנעל שלי נקייה יותר מהעדה שלך" - כך תיאר השוטר הדרוזי על התקרית עם טיבי סמוך למחסום ישראלי באיזור רמאללה. לדברי השוטר, אחמד טיבי לא היה בכלי הרכב שנעצר לביקורת והוא הגיע למקום רק לאחר שהוא הוזעק למקום ע"י נהגו.
השוטר ציין בעדותו, כי לאחר הגידופים הראשונים, תקף אותו טיבי במכת אגרוף ואף אמר לו: "נו, תירה בי".
בהמשך עדותו סיפר השוטר, שלמקום הגיעו קצינים בכירים ובמקום לקבל ממנו דיווח, הם מיהרו לטיבי, כדי לשמוע את גירסתו.

The Druze policeman, who claims that Ahmad Tibi insulted and attacked him, testified today (Wednesday) in the Jerusalem District Court.

"You are a Druze collaborator. My shoe is cleaner than your community" - this is how the Druze policeman described the incident with Tibi near an Israeli checkpoint in the Ramallah area. According to the police officer, Ahmad Tibi was not in the vehicle that was stopped for inspection and he arrived at the scene only after he was called to the scene by his driver.
The policeman stated in his testimony that after the first insults, Tibi attacked him with a punch and even said to him: "Come on, shoot me."
Continuing his testimony, the policeman said that senior officers arrived at the scene and instead of receiving a report from him, they rushed to Tibi, to hear his version.

נכון, אחמד טיבי גזען אנטישמי ומיזוגן שלא מתבייש לקלל נשים בערבית ובעברית. אם יש לו הזדמנות הוא לא מתבייש גם להרים ידיים ולהכות.

True, Ahmad Tibi is an anti-Semitic racist who is not ashamed to curse women in Arabic and Hebrew. If he has the opportunity he is not ashamed to raise his hands and hit.

Ahmad Tibi is a racist, a thug, and violent (with receipts for violence). If he was Jewish and right-wing he would be the "Oren Hazan" of the Knesset. You won't hear a word of condemnation from the left, or from the feminists in Meretz - because if the politician is Arab, he can say "Tami Yazaballah" to a member of the Knesset, and everyone will laugh with pleasure at how witty, funny and huge he is, what a disgust

טיבי גזען. מודה רק על הבאת ערבים לארץ. למה לא להודות גם על הטיסות מפרו? כי זה יהודים? למה לא להודות לשר החוץ שמביא, ביוזמתו, את כולם? והכי עצוב, שכל כך הרבה אנשים עשו לייק לגזענות הזו שמוסתרת בציוץ "תודה" שכל כולו גזענות.

Tibi is a racist. Thank you only for bringing Arabs to Israel. Why not also thank for the flights from Peru? Because it's Jews? Why not thank the Minister of Foreign Affairs who, on his initiative, brings everyone? And the saddest thing is that so many people liked this racism that is hidden in a "thank you" tweet which is all racism.

אחמד טיבי הוכיח שפעם יועץ של ערפת, תמיד יועץ של ערפת (אחר כך ח"כ בכנסת ישראל) אבל לכו תגידו לו את זה ישר יקפוץ לו "אתה פשיסט, אתה גזען" אין תוכן, רק שנאה.

Ahmad Tibi proved that once an adviser to Arafat, always an adviser to Arafat (later a MK in the Israeli Knesset) but go tell him that straight away and he will jump out "You are a fascist, you are a racist." There is no content, only hatred.

Tibi shoud resign from the Knesset, which he accuses of (supposed) racism. A racist who glorifies terrorist martyrs like Tibi is the last one to preach morality to others.
