My best suggestion this Ali Khan is for your own mental and physical health to hitch the horses to the wagon and return to Pakistan [I fully well understand she is American born]. Woman has I bet a whole lot of hate inside her that reduces her immune system and makes her much more susceptible to illness.

And so many like her too. Those people prosper here in a way they would never do in their homeland but still are so bitter? Go home her best bet.
