Leadership requires a defined and understandable goal for orientation. Opposition to the present system of government is but a point of departure. I would expect many articulated goals to emerge at some point animating at least two competing fractions of counter-revolutions. That would be my criterion. If and when there are at least two competing fractions definitive change is within sight. Do the women and Kurds represent two oppositions different in outlook from one another?
