apartheid situation in the region

Let me also clarify the apartheid situation in the region and pull it down from the level of abstraction. This is what I witnessed with my own eyes. I frequently saw Ethiopian female housemaids in southern Lebanon. These girls live and work in modern slavery. Across the border in Israel I saw Ethiopian-Jewish soldiers with Israeli shoulder patches to be sure.
