Bravo on the superior morals of the US vs. the UNReader comment on item: The Iraq Dilemma Submitted by Theodore Rose (Israel), Oct 10, 2002 at 02:35 I liked your last comments about trusting the US ( and WHY you trust the US) over the UN. You explained why the US cannot let the UN run its foreign policy. America may not be perfect, but it sure beats the heck out of the UN.Men are fallible: nations are also fallible. But a country with a demonstrated policy of supporting freedom ( and not only for its own citizens) is the political body that should be supported when freedom is on the line. BTW, on your website perhaps you should post and explain the 1991 agreement between the US and Iraq. I was not aware there was one. I thought all agreements were through the UN. It would support your contention that the US has a legal right to go after Sadaam, that he violated a signed treaty. BTW, you might want to look at a page called frontpagemagazine.com, authored by a former liberal turned conservative. Very interesting material.
