Is "Sharon's MO just like Arafat's"?

It is bad enough to listen to people who don't allow the other person to finish, but when you see it in writing it makes the waters muddier. Did you agree with MATTHEWS when he said that the Sharon MO is like Arafat's? Do you think that his words are meant to appease .. just to get someone off your back hoping that things will go away? Diplomatic jargon is often misleading, but ..
