The West standing up.Reader comment on item: The West Stands Up for Its Customs Submitted by Noel Mangione (United States), Mar 10, 2006 at 15:36 An issue that has always irked me is the one of "When in Rome"...Westerners are supposed to accept the customs when in mid east and south asian countries, then throw away our customs when middle easterners are GUESTS (look that word up, muslims) in our country. By not observing our customs, Muslims offer us the insult. An insult that they believe themselves superior to us (as is taught in their koran and hadith) and that they will not lower themselves to the "infidel" level. It is yet another muslim insult. Interestingly, "infidel" is a western term, originally used to describe muslims . Islam hijacked the term and turned it around. Exactly the same way they use the term "non muslim". Sorry Mr Mulla, I'm not a "non muslim" YOU are a "non christian". The Lord I believe in doesn't recognize your ... god ...
