Face the facts.Reader comment on item: Monitoring Iraqis Living in the United States Submitted by Adrian (Singapore), Nov 22, 2002 at 07:44 Freedom of Speech, Liberty, Democracy, Human Rights. Yes. So long as they depend on you and they are a very small minority, things will go well. The minute they feel they have substiantial numbers, sorry! Look at the countries with Moslem majorities around the world.Try building a church in Malaysia today. Moslem countries try all sorts of ways to drive non-Moslems out. This is a known fact. In these countries, non-Moslems are persecuted and abused if they are not converted to Moslems. Most often they resort to overt discriminatory practices against non-Moslems. Violence is commonly used through militia groups often covertly backed by the government or military to purge the non-Moslems. Indonesia is well-known for using its militia groups in East Timor and now the Christian Mollucas to slaughter and itimidate its non-Moslem countrymen. Likewise in Nigeria, Pakistan, etc. You name it.
