Conversion to Islam by force!Reader comment on item: Jihadis Spare Muslims, Murder Infidels Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Aug 28, 2006 at 14:05 Well in Islamic law forcing (under duress) an infidel to convert to Islam does not count as _real_ conversion to Islam even if the infidel utter the shihada. So the good news is: No they have not converted to Islam. However, the bad news is: The "Stockholm Syndrome" and the ignorance of almost all Muslims of Islamic law, and the two poor guys will be regarded by Muslims as Muslims and we know what can happen to a Muslim if he abandons Islam!!! Very scary indeed. The question is what I would have done if I happen to be in their place? I would have converted to Islam, drove to the crossing point at Erez and got in Israel, then renounced Islam and flew back to the US.
