Here's a "high five" for you!Reader comment on item: Might the American Jewish Establishment Wake to the Threat of Radical Islam? Submitted by Herb Michelson (United States), Sep 16, 2006 at 14:45 I have to begin my comment with a disclaimer. I am not nor ever have been a conservative although as my reactions to this comment might suggest that I am. I find bush's policies largely ego generated and his administration corrupt. Finally, I am not a 'Christian I am a Jew by birth and I did live through WWII and the horror of nazisim from this side of the "pond." Given this, I can find nothing wrong with either the article or the comment. In point of fact, however unpleasant the reality of the new century may be too many who still live in the fantasy world of the '60's and their own dreams of a better, more decent world, I must say THAT'S A LONG WAY OFF and will be hard won if the islamists back off and we can get on with civilizing ourselves. Perhaps in a more perfect world, those folks will view themselves in a mirror and grow their own civil civilization from whatever roots of the Golden Age of Islam remain from long ago. If not, they we will be forced to fight the evil out there because global islamization of the world is the goal of present day islam.
