has anyone asked the people who live in the area

I think it very odd that this mosque is going ahead without consultation of the residents af the area. Besides why do we need a super mosque, are the Muslims expecting to overwhelm Britain with numbers. Why not create something that everyone can go to.

All I know is that since the building of the mosque in Regents Park area the entire area of this beautiful part of London has been completely Islamicised. If you should go to Regents Park of a weekend you will almost without exception in the park only Muslim people. ordinary British people will feel very uncomfortable there, in fact will feel they are in a Muslim country.

That is what we should expect if this mosque goes ahead near the Olympic site. It is up to us to stop it. Tell Mr Livingstone to back off unless he would like Britain to lose it's identity completely. There must also be an enquiry as to who the odd group is who are involved in the funding.
