Profiling on Demand of Muslims by Muslims

Isn't the use of a colored light on top of the cab to identify the cab as a "Muslim cab" and therefore unable to carry a passenger carrying liquor a form of self profiling?

The taxi driver or company is thus willing to physically designate that car as a "Muslim" car with whatever chain of events that public profiling brings to bear.
