The Sooner the Better

I suspect that there is still great fear among certain Iraqis that Saddam Hussein may come back. As long as he remains alive, the turmoil will continue. The sooner he is dispatched, the sooner the Iraq War will enter its next phase, which may include turmoil, but will nonetheless evolve.
