Let me count them ....Reader comment on item: [Mosul and] Iraq's Next War Submitted by sara (Sweden), Nov 4, 2007 at 10:20 Dear Irem what i mean "by not giving them permission of speaking their own language" is that THEY didn´t have the same rights before as the rest of the turkish population.... NO turkey did not let them name their kids in kurdish names, they were forbidden to speak their own language, turkey IS still calling them "mountain turks" not kurdish people, turkey do not teach the history were kurds fought for their freedom,(the real history is not tought in turkey just their own virsion of it), turkey slaughtered kurds like no other nations have ever done, they weren´t granted citizenchip (not until the kurdish people said they were turks and then they were premited citizenchip)..the tense on KURDS lightened when UN and EU pressured Turkey to RESPECT humain rights..specially armenians and kurdish minority rights...do you whant me to continue?? Because i Can.. Not until this several years turkeys been kind off "nice" to kurdish and armenian people other wise Kurds did not have any rights what so ever....
