Sarah EltantawiReader comment on item: The Guantánamo Arrests – What Do They Mean? Submitted by Nora Amrani (United States), Oct 2, 2003 at 02:05 Why is it that the media loves to use Sarah Eltantawi? Is she the ONLY representative for Muslims? It's laughable that she's the director of communications displaying such poor communication skills and the propensity to lie and inflame, with a complete lack of compassion for anyone but Muslims. I've watched her on numerous shows, and on each one she has been nothing but argumentative, never seeking to take responsibility for what militant Muslims do, nor has she ever come up with an intelligent solution to the real problem of terrorism - people who refuse change, zealots who find their identity through terror and yet are never satisfied. When she says, "And we need to give the resources to law enforcement to do their jobs without hyping them up and putting unnecessary pressure on them to serve another agenda," she is showing her own denial of facts that what you were discussing IS a Muslim issue. It does not serve in the highest interest of this country, or planet, to keep forcing collective denial. It would be like ignoring the fact that the majority of the terrorists on 9/11 were Muslims and Saudis, or pretending that Arafat hasn't been abusing his people (and CHILDREN!) to kill and die for the total destruction of Israel. How long will the lies continue? How long will the world hide their heads in the sand? At least you are saying it like it is, Mr. Pipes. Submitting....
