Islam means Surrender: Discrimination, Repression, ViolenceReader comment on item: An International Law to Respect Religion? Submitted by Michael Altherr (Switzerland), Mar 23, 2008 at 10:22 Islam knows no equal rights for non-Muslims. By the many abusive, discriminating, repressive and violent commandments of the holy and forever uneditable Quran, Islam makes itself tragically impossible for egalitarian communion with other societies. Already a brief study of Quran and the Ahadit, and of the cherished example of Mohammed... whose life could not be in starker contrast to that of Buddha and Jesus, make this perfectly clear to even the well meaning ignorant. Very obviously Islam will and can never endorse a law for the protection of religion - because the Quran knows no equal rights for non-Muslims. Islam also cannot accept any law as superior to the Quran - not only in religious but ultimately also in secular matters. There certainly are moderate Muslims, but there is no moderate Islam. Unlike other widespread religions (Judaism, Islam's inspiration, not being considered widespread), where fundamentalism is a largely a matter of interpretation, Islam is fundamentalist from the roots. It's time for Europe to wake up to this sad reality and to its potentially grim and devastating consequences, which can be observed in every Islamic country.
