RushideeReader comment on item: Rushdie Fails to Move the Zealots Submitted by imdad ali (Pakistan), Apr 21, 2008 at 00:51 Actual problems for western readers and scholars are that they do not know enough about Islam. They are more interested to pass sweeping and sarcastic views in order to test the pulse of Muslims. It is fact that Bible is no sacred book. Perhaps few pages are in original form. On the contrary, Quran is present in its original form. Rushdiee is neither historian nor critic, he is a. novelist. Every novelist believes in fancy, imaginations, witch and so on. Same approach he developed in satanic verses to get wealth and cheap popularity from west. I never meant to say that Jesus was Son of God. It was miracle of God that he created Jesus without father and made him prophet. There are ample evidence or prophecies in Bible pertaining to Holy prophet, even his name is mentioned not only in Bible but in every religious book whether it is revealed or not.
