'Tis a consummation...

Reader comment on item: Finding Moderate Muslims - More Questions

As Shakespeare said ,"tis a consummation devoutly to be wished". It is only wishful thinking. To reject any or all of the criteria defining a "Moderate" Mu'slam, is ,of course, to reject the 'core values' of the mythology itself. Once internalized, the mythology of the Muslam will not be denied. Ask a Jew to renounce Abraham, or a Christian to deny the divinity of Jesus. To do so is to reject the entire belief system. Unique among belief systems, Muslam mythology offers nothing to humanity. Neither in the teaching or in practice, no matter if moderate or 'militant'.

The question is; do non Muslams have a obligation to "Tolerate" a belief system which calls for their destruction. My opinion is they do not. While non Mu'slams have made attempt after attempt to reach accomodation with the practioneers of this belief system, the Muslam have only seen these as weakness, and seized the opportunity to terrorize, intimidate, and eliminate Christians and Jews in all their lands. Iraq, Iran, Saudi,Sudan, ad nauseum have seen the elimination of Christians.

The Muslams of Bethlehem have desecrated and defiled Christian Holy places. Even in Iraq, where we have spent billions and thousands in lives, in an effort to bring some civility to yet another failed Muslam state, the Muslams have driven the christians out. Yet we continue to insist that so called "I'slam" is an "Abrahamic religion" and the "Third great monothestic religion". I'slam is neither "Abrahamic" nor a 'Great religion'. How can a mythology based on death and hate be a religion at all? What does it bring to the table of humanity, only evil and inhumanity. It is not "Islam" that murders, terrorizes, subjugates, and intimidates. "Islam" is only a composite mythology. It is the Muslams that act out the narrative that are the threat, and must be seen as such.
