Shared Jordanian-Egyptian rule: Amman rules the West Bank and Cairo runs Gaza.

The only problem with that proposal is that it's dead in the water. LOL. Both Egypt and Jordan have expressly renounced an interest in these regions, Egypt restating its position very recently.

Look, courtesy of the expulsion, Gaza now exists as a bilevel state: the surface state and the underground state. In order to prevent mayhem from erupting from the underground state, Israel is going to have to keep boots on the surface state. Either that or wait for the next round of attacks, which will certainly come.
