Reader comment on item: CAIR Co-Hosts an Antisemitic Rally in Chicago

Submitted by Susan (United States), Jan 19, 2009 at 14:11

I thought CAIR was defunct, finished, kaput because it failed to renew its non-profit status or something----? I had a feeling that was wishful thinking when I heard it but my hope never died. Why do members of a religion need their civil rights defended by terrorist supporters? I will never understand how seditious groups like CAIR are permitted to infiltrate our institutions; sue innocent Americans in our courts; demand special privileges for Muslims; impose diversity and sensitivity training on our law enforcement personnel and public servants (no other ethnic or religious group of immigrants has ever had the audacity to tell us that WE MUST LEARN THEIR CULTURAL AND RELIGIOUS SENSITIVITIES AND RESPECT THEM!) It is supposed to be the other way around. Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot that we are now a multicultural abyss, where it is considered oppressive to expect hostile immigrants to assimilate. My bad.

While there are too many Muslims in America, as a group they still remain a very tiny minority, far too small to create endless publicity and dramatic grievance theater. Jews are subjected to far more hate crimes and bigotry than Muslims, despite CAIR's lies and fabrications. This "rally" is just more irrefutable evidence of the hate, intolerance, and pure malevolence that exemplifies Islam and Muslims. If there is anyone out there who still believes Islam is a religion of "peace", call your psychiatrist.
