One small Detail- the Israeli was arrested for the murder of the Palestinian- this would happen (NEVER) in the Arab world

Sad to say, in a democratic civilized society like Israel, the only one in the ME, the ISRAELI driver was questioned as a suspect for the murder of the PALESTINIAN who tried to murder the Israeli in his car. Only when the investigation proved that it was an accident from his tire did they release the poor victim.

Why does the world not understand that this kind of fairness and justice happens only in Israel (while many thought that the Israeli's arrest was wrong in the first place as it was self defense). Where would you read about such justice being administered by Palestinians or any other arabs?
