No Relief of Consequences in View HereReader comment on item: Instant Retribution in the Middle East Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Sep 29, 2021 at 16:53 As pragmatically indicated here by Reader Prashant and alluded to by this observer's previous response, the implications of retribution occurring during an act of violence (no matter the intended level of malicious intent) always carries with it unintended consequences, sometimes more dramatically catastrophic than others. But in further review of the intents cited here, Reader Prashant's observation of perpetual misery in Islam provided for a cause to pause and reflect on an underreported situation of why Islam and its adherents feel compelled to act in such ways. Are they, indeed, in misery and this leads to internal ideological conflicts that results in expressions of such violence; what of the hatred, for example, they bare and bear towards the Judaeans in a compulsive determination of destructive behavior: is there any sense of restraint to be found?
