Thailand: Killing other people is God's will in Islamic religion?Reader comment on item: The End of American Jewry's Golden Era Submitted by Praorn (United States), May 2, 2004 at 08:32 I do completely agree with you. I am from Thailand. Thailand as we know is a Buddhist country and I think we should stay so. Unfortunately the Islamists in the southern part of Thailand has started their Jihad by burning Buddhist temples, schools and police stations.Unfortunately the "good" Muslims never come out to condemn the actions of their brothers no matter what happens, no matter how many people killed. So I believe deep in their mind they do agree with their Islamist brothers. I was born a Buddhist. My religion tells me to respect other religions as my own. I never had any hated feeling against any other religions, although I do not agree with many things but I would never open my mouth to demonstrate it, as respect to their belief. The only sign that I show is that I will never in my life visit an Islamic country, no matter how interesting the countries can be. I am a woman so I don't like seeing women being treated like a piece of dirt. But now the agony that the Islamists has brought to the world I have the hated feeling inside toward Islamists and Muslims. Slowly I believe that their religion permits killing, especially the killing of non-Islamics. Nowadays I do see Islamists religion as cancer. It has to be destroyed by maximum use of chemotherapy.
