A pattern is perhaps identifiable ?Reader comment on item: Ahmadinejad or Mousavi? Submitted by John B (Spain), Jun 21, 2009 at 10:29 Great though it is to see any popular uprising against tyranny and dictatorship, my awareness is that anything which gets this much positive coverage by main media must have some other agenda to it somewhere. My involuntary reaction is: What are they up to now ?! I hope this is another Berlin Wall coming down, but it does seem there is something distinctly strange going on in the Middle East: Hizbollah accepting their defeat in Lebanon with such seeming good grace. And Jimmy Carter is making nice noises about Israelis living in Judea and Samaria. And now Iran seems to be doing a Gorbachov in a land of totalist ideology that way outdoes anything communism ever had. Something is being orchestrated, is my reasoning. We may need very careful thinking to avoid seduction, even defeat, by whatever it would seem is being prepared.
