Daniel Pipes is Dead-on AccurateReader comment on item: CAIR's Phony Petition [about Nick Berg] Submitted by Mike Sebold (United States), Jul 14, 2004 at 11:37 Many people are beginning to suspect that CAIR is nothing but a PR group that exists merely to put a smiley face on Islamic terrorism. Daniel Pipes is FANTASTIC in noting the blatant inadequacies in CAIR's phony terror denunciation. For CAIR, the solution is simple. If you are not simply terrorist supporters: (1) list your signatories; (2) list the terrorists groups you denounce; and (3) state your support for specific counter-terrorism measures. If CAIR cannot do this, I hope that the U.S. Government is smart enough to start rounding up CAIR members. (Alas, this last point would require that America is smart enough not to elect a traitorous Democrat, i.e. Kerry, to the White House this year.)
