One can only imagine the Palestinians' vision of "victory." The day after 9-11, the NY Times lead article on the terrorist incident included the following: "But in the West Bank city of Nablus, rejoicing Palestinians, who have been locked in a bitter struggle with Israel for almost a year, went into the streets to chant, "God is great!" and to distribute candies to celebrate the attacks." Yasir Arafat, the man who was gratuitiously given the Nobel Peace Prize" a few years earlier, did nothing to prevent or stop them.
