Obama's Policies Regarding Israel and the PalestiniansReader comment on item: Netanyahu's Quiet Success Submitted by Renee Bouvier (United States), Sep 29, 2009 at 19:41 Everything, which the Obama Administration has addressed, has either made no sense or failed before birth like his revamping of the public health system. Meanwhile many American citizens are suffering horrifically and dying. In paying homage to his rich supporters, Mr. Obama has reneged on everything. His chief of staff, Rahm Emmanuel, is the biggest disappointment both to his fellow Jews and to the greater American population. What qualified Hillary Clinton to become his Secretary of State is questionable. Obviously, he was indebted to the Clintons for his successful election to office. Had one watched the circus, involving the Clintons' visit to Israel and the Arab territories in November of 1998, one would have known not to involve Hillary Clinton. The electoral system should be changed in the United States, where there is a vote of no-confidence, which would allow for new elections. Why should we suffer for another three or so years? Why should we be stuck with Obama as the representative of the Democratic Party? Let him step down and allow someone like Andrew Cuomo to become our next president of the United States. Mr. Cuomo is the only person in the United States to uphold a principle of accountability and oversight, pursuing those who stole all of the money from the coiffeurs of our country. The Attorney General of New York is qualified to lead this country at this unusual, unprecedented time in U.S. history. How can we spread democracy and nation-building abroad, when our own country is literally falling to pieces and tearing to shreds in morale and health status? We now have a nation of obese and sick people. Everyone is miserable for one reason or another, but nevertheless people are miserable here in the United States. Have you seen our patchwork roads? Supposedly the roads are being redone, but the end result is a bumpy, ugly patchwork. There is not enough money to properly repair the roads, because Obama is ineffectual in going after lost and stolen monies. Where's that missing $18 trillion? Why isn't Obama indicting those involved in this malfeasance? The United States has become a nation of cheats and liars, especially when it pertains to health care and Israel – two areas on which President Obama was elected. In both cases, Mr. Obama has failed miserably. We need a vote of no-confidence – NOW! We need new elections with the goal of not having to suffer through and endure another disastrous eight years like we did through the Bush Administration. True, nothing could be worse than the Bush Administration, but to continue on the exact same track is even more disastrous. Obama preached change. Instead he is following in the footsteps of the Bush Administration, leaving many of the educated, middle class no option but to flee. We live in a nation of uneducated (and hence, deceived) masses, unqualified idiots, thieves, and liars. We desperately need a vote of no-confidence in addition to referendums to enable the masses to partake in a real democracy, where everyone counts – not just those power brokers in the oligarchy. This will force the masses to become more involved in their communities -- to become more knowledgeable in what is actually occurring in their country.
