Hagar and Ishmael were sent away, but they were not abandoned. God appeared and spoke to Hagar, assuring her that He would watch over them and see them prosper (Genesis 21:17-19). "And God was with the lad, and he grew up; he lived in the wilderness, and became an expert with the bow. He lived in the wilderness of Paran; and his mother took a wife for him from the land of Egypt" (Genesis 21:20-21 RSV).

"And the angel of the Lord said unto her, I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude" ( Genesis 16:10 ).

e Bible, in the Chapter of Genesis describes its building when God ordained Abraham to erect a Shrine for worship when Abraham was ordered to go to the Southern desert with his wife Hagera and infant son Ismael. The Old Testament describes this building as the Shrine of God at several places, but the one built at Ma'amoor is very much similar to the one at Makka. There is no doubt that it was referring to the stone built house at Makka.

Muhammad is from Ismael (Ibrahim Son) who were migrated to Makah and if you see bible it talks about water (Abb _ ZamZam in makkah) which is still there and millions of pilgrims use it even today :)

Jesus is the prophet of God he was born without father , Quran says his birth is like Adam , Adam was born without a father or mother and Allah pushed his soul in him (is he son of god also?) no but he is the prophet , Jesus is a respected and very honored prophet in Quran there is a complete Verse in his and Marry honor.
