"Real Politik" and race ideology

It has always been so, that "real politik" has to deal with down to earth matters of the day. And oil played a significant role in the Axis' plans for the Middle East, no doubt about it. But don't downplay the Germans flair for ideology. In our urge to pin out understandable and reasonable motivations in others, we find this rational conduct satisfactory. By underestimating the Nazi insanity we miss the whole point in their "Weltanschauung". All of their effort - ideological, warfare - pointed towards all it came down to: that there exists different races, and the "Aryans" are the masterrace. All other races are inferior. Since the Germans will win the racestruggle it follows, that the others are weak. And Nature don't permit weakness. The Nazi's took on the burden "Nature" put on them: to erradicate the weak.

If it not was for the serious issue at hand, one could find it amusing, that the former Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and his lot (including Yasser Arafat) found the Nazis so attracting. I've found a passage in Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf", where the Fuehrer himself articulate what he thinks of Arabs. That some of his gangmen had opportunistic ideas about who to collaborate with (in casu the Arabs and other "inferior" peoples), Hitler was not unaware and even approved. But it wasn't his cup of tea. The text is of course written before the war, but the whole set-up for the coming struggle is in this book; and the German leader doesn't use a polite language for "these socalled exploited Nations", as he term the Third World. In fact the Arabs will loose in a confrontation with the United Kingdom, Hitler predicted - because they were inferior to the Germanic Britons.

Had Nazi Germany won the war the next in line for extermination - after the Russians and the rest of the Slavs and the people in the Caucasus - could very well had been the other Semitic peoples in the Middle East and North Africa.
So, it's a bit laughable that the Jihadi warriors (not to mention the Nazi-admirer, Ahmadinejad) use their Nazi-inspired hate-speech against the Jews and Israel.
