Double Standard..

Via Operation Paperclip, the US took in more then 1,500 ex-Nazi scientists, technicians, and engineers

"To circumvent President Truman's anti-Nazi order and the Allied Postdam and Yalta agreements, the JIOA worked independently to create false employment and political biographies for the scientists. The JIOA also expunged from the public record the scientists' Nazi Party memberships and régime affiliations. Once "bleached" of their Nazism, the scientists were granted security clearances by the U.S. government to work in the United States. Paperclip, the project's operational name, derived from the paperclips used to attach the scientists' new political personae to their "US Government Scientist" JIOA personnel files"

The US government also recruited many other ex-Nazis like Rudolf Mildner who was suspected of ordering the death of thousands of Poles during WWII . The US government also helped the infamous Kalus Barbie to escape. And recruited Imperial Japanese suspected of warm crimes including doctors from the infamous UNit 731.

"After Imperial Japan surrendered to the Allies in 1945, General Douglas MacArthur became the Supreme Commander of the Allied Powers, rebuilding Japan during the Allied occupation. After discovering the research papers, MacArthur secretly granted immunity to the physicians of Unit 731, including their leader, in exchange for providing America, but not the other wartime allies, with their research on biological warfare and data from human experimentation. American occupation authorities monitored the activities of former unit members, including reading and censoring their mail. The U.S. believed that the research data was valuable. The U.S. did not want other nations, particularly the Soviet Union, to acquire data on biological weapons"

No one claims a US-Fascist alliance because of that tho like some seem to do for a handful of ex-Nazis to the Islamic world. Why the double standard?
