FlotilaReader comment on item: "Free Gaza" Flotilla Defeats the Israel Defense Forces Submitted by R.S (United States), Jun 4, 2010 at 14:51 Dear World, You are outraged and you want apologies. That's fine, I hear you. We are all outraged and want apologies. You can be outraged and want apologies. Here is the thing; I think we need a little review on what we should be outraged over; on what we should be asking apologies for. So let's review. We will start with outrage and work our way to the apologies. Here goes. Are we outraged over a boat full of foreign nationals in the name of humanitarian aid with hate in their hearts and a lust for Jewish blood and the destruction of the Jewish state of Israel smuggled weapons, beat up and hurt soldiers, and shouted the Arabic equivalent of kill the Jews instead of peacefully having their boat and humanitarian aid cargo inspected?( Israel has said humanitarian aid will be allowed in weapons and other terrorist materials will not be.. now you tell me what other country on the planet will allow humanitarian aid to reach a section of anywhere near its territory when that humanitarian aid was brought in illegally? Also, correct me if I am wrong but I highly doubt the dictionary's definition of humanitarian aid would include weapons smuggling, rants such as kill the Jews and anti-Semitic slurs.) Are we outraged over the biased and blatantly anti-Semitic world news media coverage? What biased media coverage you ask? This was just a bout with people trying to get humanitarian weapons to the poor would be terrorists of Hamasistan, excuse me I mean Gaza. Where is the outrage over the thousands of rockets sent daily into Israel from Gaza? Where is the outrage over the world giving every single country on the planet except for the tiny lone Jewish state of Israel the right to defend herself? Where is the outrage over Iran continuing to build its nuclear program? (Yes, that Iran the one that said it wanted to wipe Israel off the map.)Where is the outrage over humanitarian aid being hijacked for use of terror, violence and the destruction of Israel? (There are plenty of proper legal official channels to send humanitarian aid through, not to mention the 100s of truckloads daily of humanitarian aid that Israel brings to Gaza daily.) Where is the outrage (and embarrassment) over protesters chanting death to the Jews, death to Israel in the streets of the civilized and cultured countries of the world? Where is the outrage towards the country of origin from where these foreign nationals on the boat came from with their hateful, violent, destructive intent to kill behaviors? (If I was that country I would be highly ashamed of my nationals behaving in this manner. Oh silly me, we are talking about people from a region of the world that is taught to hate Jews, call for the destruction of Israel and glorify and carry out as many murders of Jews as possible.) Are we outraged over the fact that Israel defending herself turns into a worldwide blood libel? Poor South Korea too, I don't remember hearing this much or any worldwide outrage for that matter over the sinking of one their ships--something to do with the North Koreans. Did you? Where was all this world outrage when bombs exploded in Israel's pizza parlor, restaurants, discos, buses, and a hotel where people were celebrating the Passover sader? Well that pretty much says it for our outrage let's move on to apologies now shall we? Sorry Yankee fans, you will not get an apology for the Mets winning the first Mets Yankees series of 2010. Nor will you get an apology for Israel defending herself. As Prime Minister Netanyahu said "This was not a love boat, this was a hate boat and we have every right to defend ourselves." With that said, we definitely need some apology. The real issue is who should be apologizing to whom? YOU dear world should be apologizing not Israel! You dear world should be apologizing for allowing terrorists and enemies of the Jews bent on the destruction of the state of Israel for thinking Jewish blood is cheap and they could kill as many of us as possible--after all this is the message you dear world send every time you condemn Israel for defending herself!
