I am surprised that jihadists haven't tried to burn Israel, the US, and other Western countries sooner. Shortly after 9/11, when I heard about fires in the Western US, it was the first thought that came to mind. It would be insanely simple to make a coordinated summer time attack during the dry season with Molotov cocktails.
