No Labor and no Shas!Reader comment on item: Media Distortion about Israel - One Example Submitted by Amerisrael (United States), Jan 4, 2011 at 14:47 The last Israeli election and new poll results show most Israelis have awakened to the fact that the politics of appeasement doesn't work. The fact is that Israel has never had a genuine partner for peace. It is sad that too many Israeli politicians like Livni and Barak are still asleep. Israel would be served better by a coalition government that did not include any of the "appeasement" liberal parties such as Labor and Kadima. As for Shas, they have always been an "extortion" party, a thorn in the side for any coalition. Netanyahu could form a conservative government without Labor, Shas, or Kadima. That would be best for Israel. As far as media bias goes, the MSM will never be truly honest when it comes to Israel, Jews, Christians, or conservatives.
