Just in another article of yours "why a non-American should promote American interests" you argued that America is the biggest promoter of democracy and freedom in the World. Now in this article of yours you are promoting the case of one of the World's authoritatarian regimes promoted by America i.e. the Saudi royal family.
Do not you think that this sparks of double standard on your part ?

I am not in the least promoting the Saudi monarchy. I am dealing with realities.
I wish the Hashemites had won in the 1920s and we had long forgotten about the House of Saud.
