Don't use labelsReader comment on item: Turmoil in Egypt Submitted by Imad Al-Sukkari (Canada), Feb 8, 2011 at 18:44 When you establish a political party, whose objective is to deport Arabs from the Holy Lands to me at least that constitutes Apartheid, and trust me it has nothing to do with survival. If you read my response careful, I only labeled 'Shas' as the 'Apartheid' party I never labeled the state of Israel an 'Apartheid State' so before you start accusing me of using an Arab Racist terminology, please pay attention to the language I use. Second, I am strictly talking about the general idea that Muslims and Christians can co-exist in Lebanon. You mention Hezoballah as the culprit behind the chaos and everything wrong with Lebanon, with no mention of the Christian militias belonging to the Kataeb Party or Phalange. does Shabra and Shitla ring a bell? Besides, Lebanon has various parties which compete against each other and this includes Sunnis, Druze, Maronites, Shia, Armenian Orthodox, as this goes back to the Lebanese Civil War. This post is a digression from my original post, which posits that if the Right and particularly those who are pro-Israel want to see the Arab countries become accepting of Western Liberal Democratic Values, then they should be applauding the effort by the youth in Egypt towards toppling a benign, corrupt, ruthless and tortuous dictator in the name of Hosni Mubarak (whom the US and the EU) has been supporting since 1979.
