Our dear Esq and argument from kuffar! read and laughReader comment on item: Q&A: Remaking a Religion Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Feb 12, 2011 at 16:27 Our dear Esq whose is no more than another victim of poor Muslim education and he is saying that if a kaffir and in this case a Syrian Monk called in the tradtion Bahira which is a Syriac word and it means the Monk! and this Monk "the monk" said that Muhammad is a prophet then he must be a prophet! Are you that desperate to prove that Muhammad was a prophet? ... >The Prophet's trip to Sham ROTFL It is called al-Sham but again tablighees like you have no clue about al al-ta3reef >Among a number of stories, Oh yeah al-qissas! >we may refer to a very famous one which has been accepted by almost all historians and biographers of the Prophet. Really? We shall see but wait what does this have to do with your bogus claim that millions were killed during the Arian heresy? >The story of his first trip to Sham alongside his uncle Abu Talib explains how the monk Bahira foretold the coming apostleship of the Prophet. Oh the story of Bahira right mr Einstein? Not too fast our dear Esq! So you are saying that Muhammad is really a rasul and a nabi because an infidel and a Christian says so right? Well before we can even get to that you must be able to answer the following questions: 1. Was there really an Arabian warlord and caravan raider by the name of Qutham and his kunya is Abul Qasim and aka Muhammad aka Ahmad? hard and solid evidence 2. Prove to us that Qutham aka Abul Qasim aka Muhammad aka Ahmad was a tajir or a trader and he was born in 3Am al-Feel and died in 632CE! hard and solid evidence 3. Prove to us that there was really a major center of trade in the late antique period called Mecca hard and solid evidence. Let me help you there is no extant evidence that Mecca was a tarde center period But wait: If Mecca was a major trade center then how come Meccan trade just vanished over night after the Arab invasion in 633CE? let me help you: It did not vanish because it never existed! (Gasp!) And if Mecca was such a wealth city why did the Umayyads select Damsacus and al-Sham to live and not Mecca? Could it be because there really was no Mecca and it was all made up by the Abbassids some 200 years later? Or could it be that the Umayyads were local Syrian Arabs and Christians as the extant evidence proves and they had nothing to do with Mecca? So which one is it ? 4. Prove to us that hhis Mo/Ah/Qutham/Abul Qasim lived in this miserable place called Mecca hard and soild evidence 5. Prove to us that this Mo/Ah/Qutham/Abul Qasim did travel to al-Sham for trade and that he was a tajir hard and solid evidence But wait how come no one in the Middle East in 633CE (when the Arabs invaded the Middle East) was able to recognize those Arabs as followers of Muhammad al-tajir? and the memories were still fresh and how come no one say or write : "Ah those Arabs are the followers of this Muhammad who was a tajir and who had chats with Monk the Monk!" And do you know why? Because this story never happened 6. Prove to us that there was really a Syrian Monk by the name of Bahira aka The Monk that had chats with this Mo/Ah/Qutham/Abul Qasim hard and solid evidence 7. And here is your bonus for today: The word bahira fi al-lugha al-suryaniyya means THE MONK so who on earth was this the monk any guesses?let me help you it is all made up so Muslims can say: See? Even Christians say that he was a prophet! ... 8. And how did Monk The Monk al-Nistori had a chat with Mo/Ah/Qutham/Abul Qasim as he only spoke Syriac and Muhammad only spoke Arabic? let me guess did they use sign language? 9. And how did The Monk aka bahira know that Muhammad was a prophet did he have a direct phone line with Allah? You see our dear Esq al-tablighee there is NO EXTANT literary sources about this story that is transmitted before Ibn Hisham redaction of Ibn Ishaq's al-Sira al-Nabawiyya which can be dated to the first half of the 9th century or some 200 years after the death of Muhammad! 10. Oh I just came back from a trip to al-Sham with my uncle and his name is Abu talib and a Monk in al-Sham be the name of bahira told me that I'm a prophet! So am I a prophet too our dear Esq? See? this is what the Aristotelian problem is all about but again Islam and logic do not mix Oh the Syriac sources and this funny story? it is tranmitted from the 9th century! Their source is the sira and it was their chance to say that Muhammad got his ideas from a Christian and what a fadiha! >According to Ibn Ishaq the story went like this Wrong this is from Ibn Hisham's redaction of Ibn Ishaq's al-sira al-nabawiyya and it is not even extant! >: "He (Bahira) Oh let me see; Monk The Monk! How stupid >saw the Apostle of God in the caravan when they approached, with a cloud over-shadowing him among the people. Then they came and stopped in the shadow of a tree near the monk. He looked at the cloud when it over-shadowed the tree, and its branches were bending and drooping over the apostle of God until he was in the shadow beneath it."[78] After Bahira saw this extraordinary event he stared at the Prophet closely "finding traces of his description (in the Christian books). Really? which book is that? and remember that your Allah says that the Christians harafu oh do not panic they corrupted their book right mr Einstein? So why would your sources use corrupted books as evidence? Any guesses? >" He asked him many questions, Did he ask these questions in Syriac or was it sign language as it for sure was not Arabic! How pathetic >"and what the apostle of God told him coincided with what Bahira knew of his description."2 Here the monk foretold the prophethood of the Prophet and he advised Abu Talib to "guard him carefully against the Jews, for by Allah! if they see him and know about him what I know, they will do him evil; a great future lies before this nephew of yours, so take him home quickly."[79] So even if you can answer the above questions you are saying that Muhammad is a prophet because The MONK aka Bahira says so! Right our dear Esq al-tablighee? ... Oh and I urge you to leave islam and be free again
